The KYRA Residence
In early 2023, Otniel Lolo and Monica Maria Kumontoy continued their work to build a property business with a vision to be able to provide satisfaction and a comfortable place for our customers who want to have productive property facilities.
With the same dreams and hopes, the two of them took the initiative to build a property company, namely PT. Miel Property International, known as @mielproperty, with hard work and good hopes to lead this company to achieve its dream of changing Bali to be better in the eyes of the world.
Until now, they have successfully collaborated with the SIP investor group and built 16 villa units which have officially started since July 2024. This development offers a villa management program to buyers as an attractive long-term investment.
